Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Your order will usually be processed within 1-3 business days once payment is received and cleared. Orders may take longer to process if we receive a large number of orders per day. Don't worry, all orders are fully insured.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping usually takes 7 to 21 days after your order is processed.

Due to high demand and global conditions, some orders may take a little longer to arrive. We will endeavour to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Certain products are shipped directly to you from our suppliers and partners overseas.

Tracking details will be sent to you via email along with your shipping confirmation.

We offer free shipping for shipments within Switzerland . We use reputable carriers to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

An additional shipping option "Express incl. transport insurance" is available at checkout. Transport insurance is included in the price, which ensures that the goods are insured during transport and are covered in case of damage or loss.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We currently have warehouses in Switzerland and also use warehouses of our partners abroad. Depending on your location and the availability of the product, your order will be shipped from one of these warehouses. We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders can only be shipped to one address. If you want to ship to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. We accept no liability for the delivery times listed.
