Return policy

We accept returns for products provided the customer contacts us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods and receives our written consent to return the goods. A refund will only be made if the products are returned unused, free from any signs of wear and in their original, undamaged packaging and with our prior written consent. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

1. Products that are marked with a discount in the online shop.

2. Personalized products.

3. Products for which return is not permitted for hygiene reasons.

Returns without our prior written consent or of products that fall under the above exceptions will not be refunded. If the returned products meet the above criteria and we have given our written consent, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email. You can use the following email address for this purpose: support@dreamydeko.ch.

If you cancel this contract, you must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must provide us with proof of dispatch (e.g. by means of a shipping receipt or a tracking link).

Please note that returning the goods is your responsibility until we receive them. We therefore recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking to avoid any possible confusion or loss.

Please note that we can demand compensation for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. In particular, the absence of the original packaging can lead to a loss of value which we can calculate at up to 30% of the value of the goods.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
If you receive damaged products, make sure to contact us and send us a video or pictures of the defect as soon as possible so we can fix the problem for you.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUND
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
